The backbone of our service excellence is a constant infusion of a culture of modern thinking, initiatives and processes into continuous professional development. Our Human Resources Strategy, which is built on a strong team-centric culture and within a flatter, leaner and autonomous structure, aims towards a more satisfied workforce that will impart world class service excellence.

Our strategy is based on the principles of respect for the individual, procedural fairness and transparency, to empower individuals towards leadership and aligning our daily operations with the overall goals and values of our organization.

Building on these over the past years, market surveys have revealed that one of the hallmarks of Durdans Hospital has been our nursing care. Over 98% of our patients deem our nursing as 'Good' or 'Excellent', as through our dedicated Nursing Center , we have produced nurses who are proud professionals, skilled and competent to carry out their duties at world class standards.

The dearth of trained nurses in the country spurred us to launch our own Nursing Center to produce a more specialized segment of trained nurses, better suited to our vision of providing world class healthcare.

 

Being one of the few nurses' training centers in the country, a three year curriculum is conducted in English by a faculty of consultants, doctors and trained tutors.

All new recruits are given a comprehensive orientation that includes an introduction to the 'Durdans Culture' and basic managerial and technical skills.

 

This is simply the beginning of a life long training process, where individuals will have aspirations and ambitions to align themselves with the ethos of serving the nation. Being en equal opportunity employer, we strongly believe that our recruitment is performed on competence and meritocracy.
