The following preparation is required prior to a check-up:
Avoid eating and drinking 8-10 hours before the examination
Wear clothes that offer convenience for drawing blood from near the elbow area
Those who believe they are pregnant should inform the official in advance
Urine samples should be collected from the middle of the stream while urinating
Previously taken X-Ray films should be brought with you for your own benefit
